Job description:

Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses. This position is primary for tax season, but can be a year around opportunity for the right person.

Required Skills:

Experience with Ultra Tax software and Thompson Reuters Accounting Software

Ability to talk to clients in person and on the phone

Attention to detail and thoroughness

Good oral and written communication skills

The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines

Desired Skills:

5 years experience preparing 1120’s and 1065 tax returns

5 years experience with accounting and bookkeeping

5 years experience using QuickBooks

Ability to review tax returns prepared by others for quality control

Enrolled Agent

Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
